The South West Wales Integrated Transport Consortium (SWWITCH) is a formal Joint Committee which comprises the four local councils in the region, namely:
Carmarthenshire County Council
Neath
Port Talbot
County Borough Council
Pembrokeshire County Council
The City and
County of
Swansea
SWWITCH was formed in 1998 in recognition of the benefit of shared planning and development of strategic transport. It is one of four transport consortia in
Wales and it is supported by the Welsh Government and the constituent councils.
